Serenity smiled at him, her hand moving to wrap on top of his, “I find it easy to be affectionate with you.” Perhaps a little too easy but she wasn’t willing to look too deeply into that right then. Not when he was warm and solid and holding her close.
“Let me know how I can keep being a pleasant surprise,” she said with a smile. “For I hope we are both wishing for many repeats of what just occurred.”
